Day 19 – Manga Procurement Squad #4

Yesterday was a busy day and resulted in me not being able to post anything, so was today but finally, a downtime where I can talk about my newest babies from the amazing pandapaws!
Tsubasa 1-5

So, as usual, we met up and I procured the lovely mangas that I am going to have fun trying to find the place for them since they are wide but average sized mangas.
The babies in question is Tsubasa Omnibus 1 to 5 and I am pleased to get at least half the series for an amazingly cheap price. Funnily enough, it was one of the few mangas I have procured within the last few days, considering I got a few off facebook and plan to put them in the next procurement squad instalment.

RE2
The conditions, as usual, was amazing.
Tiny bit of yellow on the edges, minor damage on the spine of one but otherwise five perfect babies for me to love, read and enjoy. I am so glad to finally obtain a copy after a few days humming over it and ended up in the back burners. Then this deal came in and I was like “yes, you join us now” and boom, they are now apart of the Mizu den’s collection.

I know, I am not saying much since my head is full of Resident Evil 2 thoughts since I been playing the shit out of it today since I couldn’t help myself and buy it on day one release. It was a really fun game, very different from the original game and I really glad to finally see it in a new light. I also got two pop vinyls earlier, mainly to invoke my desire to play Kingdom Hearts 3 and cause Sirius Black as a puppy is super duper cute.
So now, I shall read some more Naruto and enjoy my new Resident Evil cup!

Gaming Grumbles - Erotic Colouring Book

All you kiddies under the age of 18/21 should follow the laws of your respected countries about adult content cause this game is basically a colouring book of the barely clad human body. So at this point onwards, I have warned you of adult content and it's up to you if you continue.

You have been warned
You can obtain the game on steam for 0.99usd.
In my honest opinion, it's not even worth that.

It has a total of ten images, nothing to spectacular with simple images and limited colour options and things to play with. So once that's been all coloured in, it loses it's appeal and there is not much you can do, there is no bonus content or anything to keep people coming back.
Calling it an erotic colouring book may appeal to a group but it feels like a game that is only making money cause it can and for nothing else.

Why did I buy this? Well, curiousity got the best of me and the lack of reviews also helped. So I felt it was a good idea to make several reviews discussing why this game is not really worth it.

It's simple but limited, it's reasonably detailed and if one enjoys this sort of thing, then wait for a sale and get it as cheap as you can, it is not worth the full price for content that is so little.

I give this 1 out of 5 save points.
Hopefully the next review is more interesting and promising than this one.

Pointless Post: Legendary Pokemon

It's that time of the month again where one can procure legendaries online via the mystery gift tab.

This month is Entei and Raikou but I am super disappointed at the lack of Suicune, which would have been a perfect opposite to Entei more but what do I know. I kinda find the set lacking now...

Hope there is a way to get Suicune to finish the set but I dunno about that. That's all I can really say about this currently but maybe get motivation to actually play Pokemon Ultra Sun. May poke the partner and find out where he is up to...

Gamer Gabble: Detective Pikachu Demo

So I decided to try the Detective Pikachu demo and it is quite intriguing. It kinda reminds me of Ace Attorney without the court case and that's great, it's kinda fun.

So it took me a while to play because I have a cute little kitty that likes my attention and a shit tonne of pats. So anyway, I would like to play this game eventually cause it never actually lets you finish the case but you get a good feel of the gameplay which involves you talking to both Pokemon and people. Then while doing all that, we find evidence and try and piece together issues like the stolen necklace or the missing pen.

Hearing Pikachu talk is kinda daunting to me at first, the graphics remind me of Kingdom hearts but the game looks like it would be a hell lot of fun once I get the full game one day.

Until then, you can have this little gabble about a simple demo that will let you continue from that point in the game which is awesome.

Gamer Gabble: Dying Reborn

So maybe later today I may have a DS game ramble but I seem to have been distracted by a saw-esque game with the beautiful horror puzzle gaming fun called Dying: Reborn.

So I just finished the first puzzle after I spent a few minutes scratching my head over the last puzzle cause I didn't know what I was doing till I accidentally clicked on the box on the door.

How do I feel about this game?
Quite simple, I am intrigued by it and it gives me a Silent Hill voice acting vibe, the terrible one from like 1 or 2, it gives me a sense of nostalgia which is nice. Now, the puzzles is why I am enjoying the game, it's simple so far but there is a tiny bit of complexity which makes me think outside the gaming box that I loiter in most of the time, considering I been playing RPG games like Persona 5, Simulation like Style Boutique 3 or other puzzles like Virtues Last Reward. I dunno why I am rambling lol

Anyway, back to Dying, I still don't know the protags name, I think it's Mathew according to one of the trophies. On the topic of trophies, they aren't too hard to get, I mean, one room and four-ish trophies later. I am going to continue playing which is calling to me.

Gamer Gabble: The Nonary Games

Today marks another notch on my platinum trophy belt for the PlayStation consoles.

So, honestly, I should have done this ages ago but due to so many interesting new games coming into my room, I forgot all about it but yesterday and today, I worked on finishing the game once and for all.

If asked, I would admit between the two games, I'd enjoy 999 more since when I first played the game, I couldn't bring myself to replay it constantly due to how slow it was and how I wanted to play other games but due to the nifty upgrade of being able to jump between each storyline, I was able to complete the story is started years ago on the DS.

No matter which I favour, I adore the series as a whole. I love the story, the attachments I develop with the characters and how I want to know what else is happening and how each series connects to each other. Even after Zero Time Dilemma, I feel that so much is open and so many unanswered questions are still in the series and how this all truly began. I want to see more of the world of Zero Escape. I want to be trapped within it and figure my way to the truth like I did with all three games. I love the puzzles just as much as the intricate story that was being played out.

I honestly feel so disappointed when the story ends and I am back in reality and wondering what to do next since my gaming tale has ended and I thirst for more. I love games that can do that to me. Heck, even Persona 5 managed to do that but that's for another post.

I do recommend this game so much. It's ideal for people who love horror, puzzles, story and discovering the truth of a dark tale that leaves you wanting more.
